Her current focus is driving the digital operations of the largest digital recruitment ad agency global—TMP is the expert and innovator in employer branding, first to market digital product and strategy, the evolving media and analytics landscape (search, social, mobile), and custom web solutions for the employment space.

In her position Ms. Rutt has extensive interactions with recruiting professionals as well as leaders in business, government and education. She has nearly 15 years experience in the corporate and college recruiting field, with an emphasis on the use of technology.

Tom Devlin has appeared on the Today show and NBC Nightly News, and has published numerous papers and articles. In addition to his consulting work and speaking engagements at various corporations and U.S. universities, he has traveled to both Algeria and Rwanda to assist in establishing university career centers there. Tom’s work in career services has also brought him much recognition in the field—he has received the MAPA Medal of Distinction, the NACE Kauffman Award, the MAPA Outstanding Service Award, UC Berkeley’s Excellence in Management award, and he is a member of the NACE Academy of Fellows.

An active presenter and consultant with more than 200 previous speaking and consulting engagements both domestically and globally, Dr. Contomanolis is considered an expert in job search practices and human capital management, cooperative education and internships, talent acquisition strategies, and leadership and resource development. Dr. Contomanolis has served as the President of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and continues to hold leadership and advisory positions in several national groups. Manny has a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Buffalo.

Tim Luzader

Director of the Purdue University Center for Career Opportunities since 2000. After gaining experience in sales and sales management in the corporate sector, Tim Luzader’s tenure in career services began in 1981 at his alma mater, West Virginia University. Since then, his career services work included counseling and administrative positions at the University of Illinois, Indiana University and Stony Brook University on Long Island. Tim has authored chapters in four textbooks treating career planning and job search strategies and served in a variety of leadership positions in professional and civic organizations, including roles as president of NACE (2004-05) and Midwest ACE (1995-96). A highlight of Tim’s professional career is his Fulbright experience in Germany and Poland.

She has been and continues to serve as a consultant to numerous colleges and universities, non-profits, and corporate recruiting organizations, both within the United States and abroad. Ms. Steinfeld has been a presenter and keynote speaker at over 100 national meetings and conferences. Trudy is considered a national expert and has been a frequent media contributor to over 75 major news outlets.

Pam has been with EHI for 25 years, starting as a Management Trainee and has been involved in HR and recruiting for the past 21 years. Pam is an active member of NACE and currently serves as Chair for the NACE National Metro Program Committee and also serves on the advisory board for Michigan State’s Collegiate Employment Research Institute.
