Cari Dominguez serves on several for profit and nonprofit boards and has numerous professional affiliations. Her public service includes being the former Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and Department of Labor’s Assistant Secretary for the Employment Standards Administration.

A national leader in development of employment services for individuals with disabilities, as well as in assisting corporations in creation of outreach efforts to the disability community. James serves as the Corporate Development Consultant for Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Services and he is the Director of the newly created APSE HR Connect. James is the Disability Consultant for TIAA-CREF, Best Buy, and Jitterbug. In 2005-2006, James worked as the initial Disability Program Manager for Walgreens helping set up the company’s national disability initiative.

A supervisor in the Corporate Development Unit of Vocational Rehabilitation in Indiana. This unit collaborates and supports businesses in the development of diversity by creating systems to improve recruitment and training for individuals with disabilities to be competitively employed. Shirley was previously a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for 24 years and specialized in assisting high school students to transition into the world of work.

Over 20 years of experience in workforce development and disability initiatives. Lisa Stern has focused her efforts on Veterans’ employment issues since 2004, and is currently a consultant to the Department of Labor’s America's Heroes at Work initiative, working to improve the employment outcomes for Veterans living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
